Art on the River is a three day art and music festival which features many local artists, crafters and bands! Hosted by Citizens for a Vibrant Community, Art on the River is the second weekend in June near Downtown Port Huron . . . along the shores of the St. Clair River on Merchant Street and in Kiefer Park.

The last weekend in April. Following up heir sold out show last week at the JABAL Concert Series, Award Winning Blues Band Detroit Blu performs at the Tally Ho Inn for their fans in the Michigan Thumb area! Come see what the Buzz is all about. Band members Christopher Legh and Donny Burton are Native to the thumb area and are looking forward to bring the Detroit Blu Boogie Groove back home.

Detroit Blu has been invited to represent the Kalamazoo Blues Association at the International Blues Competition (IBC) in Memphis Tennessee. The IBC brings together the best blues acts from all over the world for a competition to see who will be selected as the best blues act in the world. The event is held on historic Beale Street in Memphis and is a great opportunity; however, the bands have to pay their own way and Detroit Blu needs your help. So, we have gathered some friends and are hosting an afternoon of music at the TurnAround Bar and Grille. There will be some door prizes and some great local blues acts performing for you. In addition, you can be among the first to hear Detroit Blu's IBC set of original material. You can only get that here so come on out and support Blues with Detroit Blu and friends. We'll have a great time, hear some great music and you can become an important part of the Detroit Blu story. Hope to see you there.

Detroit Blu will be hosting a music event at the TurnAround Saturday January 21, 2023. Detroit Blu is an award winning blues band offering original material and some classic covers performed by some of Detroit's best blues artist touring today. The TurAround is relatively new and already receiving rave reviews. The staff is friendly and dedicated, the venue is attractive, a great vibe, and the owners are truly committed to seeing you have a good time. Come on out and join us for a memorable evening of music and more at the TurnAround. Make some new memories and get this year off to a great start.
